Terms of Service - CoreVista

01. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging with CoreVista for any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

02. Services

CoreVista provides custom software development, web and mobile app development, UI/UX design, digital marketing, ERP/CRM solutions, AI automation, and technology consulting services. Scope and deliverables for each project are defined in a separate proposal or contract.

03. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership of the custom-developed software and associated IP rights as agreed upon in the project contract. CoreVista retains the right to showcase the work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

04. Payment Terms

Payment terms are defined in each project proposal. Typically, projects require an advance payment before work begins, with milestone-based payments thereafter. Late payments may incur a 2% monthly surcharge.

05. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of engagement. We are happy to sign NDAs upon request.

06. Limitation of Liability

CoreVista shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in question.

07. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice as specified in the project contract. Completed work up to the point of termination will be billed accordingly.
